Trade pricing for the people who install HIDE
If you're a pool builder, landscaper, paver, tiler, installer, architect or designer buying HIDE covers for client projects, you shouldn't pay retail. Join the HIDE Trade Program: register your business below and, once we've confirmed your details, we'll send you a trade code to use at checkout on every order.
Prices on the store are recommended retail. Trade pricing is applied at checkout.

How it works
1. Register. Two minutes. Your business details and VAT or registration number.
2. We confirm. Tom checks the details and replies within one business day, usually much sooner.
3. Shop with your code. Enter it at checkout, every order, no minimums.

Do I need to open an account?
No. Your trade code works with guest checkout. Creating a store account just saves you typing your address next time.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 12 hours, always within one business day. Our approvals team is in Australia, so if you register during your working day, you'll normally find your trade code waiting for you the next morning. Need a cover urgently? Say so in your message and we'll prioritise it.
Does the code work on everything?
Yes, on everything sold through hidecovers.com: every cover, every size, every safety key, no exclusions. It applies to orders placed on this store only. If you buy through one of our distributors, they set their own trade pricing, so talk to them directly.
I don't have a VAT number yet.
Register anyway and tell us about your business in the message box. A business registration number, trade licence or a website that shows your work is usually enough.
I'm a homeowner. Can I get trade pricing?
Trade pricing is for registered businesses. If you're using a pool builder or landscaper, they can register and buy for your project.
Can I share my code?
No. Your code is unique to your business and issued for your projects, so please don't post it or pass it on. If it turns up on another account or somewhere it shouldn't, we'll cancel it and you'll need to re-register.
What emails will I get?
Trade Program members receive the trade enews: product release news flashes, pricing updates when there are any, and installation and specification know-how. No more than once a month, only when there's something useful to you, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
